Well it's been a month or so since i updated my blogger. I finished working in Calgary the day before i went on my 10 day rocky tour. I was so excited to go on my tour that i didn't even feel sad to leave Calgary or my accommodation that i had there.
So with my stuff all packed i set off on a tour of the Rockies for 10 days then onto Toronto for 10 days and then out to stay at a couple of Ranches for about 3 days and now i am getting ready to go out in the field in North Canada doing Seismic Surveying. After temping at a company in Calgary for one week that happens to be an Oil and Gas Company i learnt while working there that there are entry level jobs out in the field. As it happens the head Surveying Engineer (Operations supervisor) is Australian (from Frankston would you believe!!!) so i asked him if i would be able to do one of these jobs and he said yes so i put myself on the list for when the next lot of jobs become available and i was able to get into one of them... So look out Grand Prairie here i come....
